The partnership is comprised of municipal police departments, the Pennsylvania State Police, PennDOT, the US Department of Transportation and community groups and organizations. Motorcycle Tip Cards![]() Even though it´s February and we have lots of snow, spring will be arriving next month. PAADEEP tracks and encourages motorcycle violation enforcement. Violation Tip Cards for police officers are available for participating PAADEEP police departments. The tip cards show most common motorcycle violations. Contact your LEL for more information.
