| ![]() "Our Current Focus"BUPA Teen Seat Belt Mobilization February 14 through March 4, 2012 BUPA has a chance, with the passing of Act 81 also known as "Lacey´s Law", to increase belt use among drivers under the age of 18 and ultimately save young lives. BUPA has scheduled a Teen Seat Belt Mobilization starting February 14 through March 4, 2012 with plans to reach 200 high schools and contact over 230,000 students. Our message is simple; law enforcement will be writing Seat Belt tickets to save lives, so buckle up.
